What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide exceptional technical support for the employer's Intelligent Agreement Management services

Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to API integrations, network issues, and multi-product workflows

Utilize technical product expertise to enhance customer adoption of services

Use support tools like Salesforce and Jira to resolve customer issues effectively

Identify product improvements and high-impact opportunities to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Minimum of 2 years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support role

Proficiency in modern programming languages such as XML, C#, Python, PHP, or JavaScript

Experience troubleshooting in web-based environments, including HTTP, JSON, and HTML

Familiarity with Salesforce administration and logging analysis tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and time management skills

Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Docusign technologies

Effective communication skills, particularly with diverse audiences

Knowledge of web service APIs and authentication technologies like SAML and oAuth

Familiarity with Docusign Contract Lifecycle Management workflows
