Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Analyst / Specialist Role Summary This newly created role is dedicated to supporting, enhancing, and optimizing

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) . The position ensures system stability, scalability, and alignment with Sales and Marketing operational needs. This individual will configure and customize CRM, support integrations, build Power Platform solutions, and maintain the technical foundation that enables automation, data accuracy, and efficient workflows across the organization. Work breakdown is approximately

65% front‑end configuration

and

35% back‑end technical development .

Technology Environment

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)

Dynamics 365 Business Central

Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)

HubSpot (Marketing)

Azure DevOps or GitHub (Git-based CI/CD)

Integrations across CRM, Marketing, and operational systems

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, fields, business rules, and business process flows

Build and maintain

Power Apps

(Canvas and Model-driven)

Develop automations, workflows, and data models within

Power Platform

Manage and support Dataverse (tables, relationships, views, solution layers)

Support integrations between CRM, HubSpot, and Business Central

Perform functional and technical testing for enhancements, updates, and deployments

Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration specifications

Triage and resolve support requests, estimate effort, and provide timeline updates

Partner with the Dynamics Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Support roadmap initiatives such as CRM optimization, HubSpot integration, and Sales automation sequences

Required Skills and Experience

3+ years of hands‑on experience with

Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)

Strong experience in CRM configuration, customization, and technical troubleshooting

Experience building

Canvas and Model‑driven Power Apps

Proficiency with

Power Platform

and

Dataverse (CDS)

Familiarity with CRM APIs and web services

Ability to work in small, fast‑paced environments and handle multiple responsibilities

Strong communication, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration skills

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Experience integrating CRM with

Business Central

and/or

HubSpot

C# or JavaScript development experience

Understanding of cloud performance monitoring and cost optimization

Awareness of international data privacy and compliance requirements

Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or customer‑facing business functions

Remote in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin
