We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Implementation Manager to join Takt’s Customer Success organization and own the delivery of customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
This role is responsible for end-to-end implementation execution, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded to the Takt platform on time, with high quality, and aligned to the agreed solution design. Implementation Managers are hands-on operators who thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and take pride in delivering predictable, high-quality launches.
This role is delivery-focused, not account management or long-term customer ownership. Post-hypercare, accounts transition to Customer Success for ongoing growth and care.
This role is located in our Reston, VA office and may require up to 50% travel.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own Implementation Delivery
Own end-to-end implementation delivery from project kickoff through go-live and ~30 days of hypercare
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and task execution
Drive on-time, high-quality launches aligned to the agreed scope and solution design
Platform Configuration & Onboarding
Configure Takt platform features, workflows, and operational structures based on the approved solution design
Lead customer onboarding activities including data setup, configuration validation, and readiness checks
Ensure configurations align to customer operational realities and Takt best practices
Integration Coordination
Coordinate integration setup and validation with internal teams and customer IT stakeholders
Track integration progress, dependencies, and risks to prevent downstream delays
Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness for integrations within scope
Customer Readiness & Go-Live
Prepare customers for launch through readiness activities and training coordination
Ensure stakeholders understand launch expectations, success criteria, and next steps
Lead go-live execution and stabilization during hypercare in partnership with Account Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Solution Design, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Ensure clean handoffs into and out of Implementation
Provide feedback loops to internal teams to improve implementation quality and efficiency
What You Should Have
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3–6 years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Success delivery roles within a SaaS environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
Experience configuring SaaS platforms and guiding customers through structured onboarding
Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across customer and internal teams
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and drive execution to completion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or labor management system
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or data workflows (hands-on development not required)
Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site customers
Experience coordinating training or operational readiness programs
Familiarity with tools such as Linear, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or similar systems
