We are seeking a
Security Administrator
to support network security operations and assist with related IT projects.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain network security across systems and infrastructure.
Monitor network and infrastructure for security threats.
Administer Managed Detection and Response (MDR) systems and email filtering solutions.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and guidelines for internal teams and third-party vendors.
Analyze and respond to alerts and security incidents in collaboration with leadership.
Apply firmware, software updates, and security patches to network hardware and servers.
Conduct regular security audits and reviews.
Provide cybersecurity training and best practices guidance to stakeholders.
Assist with incident response and remediation efforts.
Manage phishing simulation and security awareness training platforms.
Support various IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with network security hardware and solutions (e.g., WatchGuard, Cisco, Meraki).
Experience with MDR platforms (e.g., Rapid7) and email security solutions (e.g., Proofpoint) is a plus.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
