Role Description The Operations Specialist will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, quality, and excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising workflows, streamlining processes, managing inventory, assisting in sales strategies, and training team members. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brunswick, GA, requiring consistent presence to maintain team support and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess operations, solve problems, and evaluate performance metrics.
Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with team members, provide clear instructions, and maintain excellent customer service.
Experience in Sales and Operations Management, including enhancing workflows and supporting business growth.
Project Management skills to oversee tasks, organize schedules, and ensure timely completion of key objectives.
Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to dynamic situations.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
