Quality Control

Training & Development
: Coach team members on equipment use, procedures, and food safety.
Inventory Oversight
: Manage stock levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
Health & Safety
: Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with regulations.
Guest Satisfaction
: Address guest concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
Experience
: One year of leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
Skills
: Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication abilities.
Problem-Solving
: Stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
Flexibility
: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Communication
: Outstanding verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to better serve our diverse community.
