About the Role The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role manages day-to-day e-commerce operations while driving revenue growth through strategic planning, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms and online storefronts

Drive online sales growth through merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies

Analyze performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue

Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams to improve user experience

Oversee product listings, content accuracy, and site functionality

Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, email, and paid campaigns

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate fulfillment and logistics

Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform enhancements

Ensure a seamless customer experience from checkout through delivery

Qualifications

Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of digital marketing and online merchandising

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
