Job Overview The Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of fun‑filled, lifestyle enriching events and programs at a large master planned community. This position requires a polished, creative, enthusiastic professional who can provide outstanding customer service and hospitality while enhancing the vibrancy of the community for residents. The Lifestyle Manager serves as the face of the community and ambassador for all lifestyle activities and events. Responsibilities include planning events, creating memorable experiences for homeowners, fostering relationships, exercising discretion, and leveraging organizational, marketing, event planning, customer service, and supervisory skills to inspire community engagement.

Your Responsibilities

Work directly with the General Manager to create and implement community activities, programs, and events.

Plan and market lifestyle events, social programs, and activities; manage RSVPs, negotiate and contract vendors.

Design events that encourage outdoor activity, wellness, creativity, family interaction, and community connection.

Maintain daily social media channels with creative, relevant content reflecting community life.

Produce weekly communications to homeowners, developers and the marketing team.

Build relationships with vendors, sponsors, local businesses, artists, farmers, fitness groups and city leaders.

Coordinate at least 6–8 large community events per year and 6–10+ activities per month, maintaining event calendars and budgets.

Capture and publish event photos and highlights; translate them into newsletters and social posts.

Keep accurate expenditure records and submit receipts in a timely manner.

Coordinate city permits and collaborate with community boards on events.

Administer homeowner relations plans, resolve concerns, and provide reference services.

Serve as the local information resource for homeowners.

Prepare balanced petty cash and upload invoices and receipts as appropriate.

Ensure compliance with company values and safety procedures; perform other assigned duties.

Skills & Qualifications Education/Training:

College degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in program development, event or recreation planning, or related fields; experience in community building, customer service, and client retention.

Skills:

Excellent verbal, written and digital communication; strong organization, time‑management and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, SquareSpace, and Canva.

Personal Traits:

Energetic, outgoing, creative; capable of working independently with minimal supervision; strong problem‑solving and safety awareness.

Compensation $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
