Base pay range $25.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Job Overview The

Lifestyle Coordinator

is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and oversight of creative, customized community events. In addition to event planning and execution, this position provides timely and accurate day‑to‑day management and support of the communication needs of the Association.

Compensation $25-27 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. The base pay range is subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement customized large‑scale events and smaller neighborhood activities to create an ongoing social activity calendar.

Create and maintain accurate documentation for all community program plans—including event scheduling, vendor contracts, budget management details, event summary reports—and update them monthly for the General Manager and the Board of Directors.

Perform monthly reconciliation of association spending using debit cards (p cards) and report to the General Manager.

Maintain and distribute an accurate master community event calendar at least monthly to staff, the HOA Board, and residents.

Design, create, and maintain timely content for the monthly newsletter, television roll, and resident portal; support updates on the community website when active.

Prepare and send regular community communications (e‑mail blasts) with weekly activity updates, event planning updates, community news, Board and Committee updates, and other necessary resident communications.

Motivate and coordinate volunteers to plan and execute Lifestyle events and activities; collaborate with staff and HOA management on deliverables and expected results.

Identify, approve, hire, and oversee performance of all vendors for events and programs in accordance with the documented Community Programs strategic plan, including reviewing all vendor invoices prior to payment.

Develop and cultivate positive relationships with cities, school districts, local businesses, and other recreational program providers to maximize programming opportunities at minimal expense.

Create an event database that tracks attendance, cost per person, event popularity, optimal dates, and evolving interest; use this data for future event planning.

Attend all mandatory company functions.

Comply with company policies and procedures.

Complete other projects and opportunities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational, project and time management skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work for, within, and support Committee dynamics.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize daily workload.

Positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills.

Ability to manage deadlines and pressures of the position.

Effective collaboration with the General Manager, the HOA Board, co‑workers, residents, vendors, and others.

Constructive problem‑solving and mutually acceptable business solutions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).

Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Ai design, and Canva preferred.

Reliable transportation.

Flexible work schedule; willing to work weekends and evenings on occasion.

Sound decision making and attention to detail.

Creative problem‑solving and initiative.

Strong budgetary/finance administration and controls.

Professionalism in all endeavors.

Demonstrated ethical practices.
