As a key member of the Recovery Sciences team you will help drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize a developing knowledge of operations principles and experience to perform duties that may include but are not limited to:
Inspection of medical lasers, medical devices, and accessories
Manufacturing/Kitting of medical lasers, and other medical devices
Transacting manufacturing orders and QA checks via an ERP system
Collaborate with QA to investigate, take samples, and document issues
Perform rework, repair and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies
Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on‑line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment
Assist with tests and experiments as directed
May operate and perform maintenance on equipment
Ability to understand quality methodologies
Sustain a safe and clean working environment
Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
May develop processing schedules for related operations
Collaborate with various functions and levels throughout the organization
Other duties determined by direct supervisor as needed

Minimum Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 4 years of production or testing experience
General computer and Microsoft Office knowledge

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Climate controlled work environment
Benchtop work environment
Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
