We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our experienced team of Architectural technicians / technologists within our well-established, family-run practice based near King’s Lynn. With over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects nationwide, our work ranges from large-scale developments to bespoke, small-scale designs.

Salary:
Competitive – £25,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role
Produce high-quality drawings for architectural, civil, and construction works
Prepare existing plans, sections, and details from surveyor notes and site measurements
Deliver full drawing packages for planning, tender, and construction stages
Work collaboratively within a project team to support projects from inception through to completion
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience working within the construction industry
MCIAT qualification desirable but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Own transport required for commuting to the office
Office-based role with 100% attendance required
