Base pay range $17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Role snapshot
Operate production and auxiliary equipment in your assigned area.
Keep your area clean and organized.
Hold output to quality standards and production targets.
Collect and assess samples; adjust within established run conditions.
Drive for maximum safe line speeds and productivity.
Complete all production and QC documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Flag safety, mechanical, or process issues to the crew leader/shift supervisor quickly.
Accurately document actions on receiving, QC, and assigned paperwork.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Advance as a Training/Relief Operator
Cover teammates during breaks; jump in on changeovers and operational challenges.
Troubleshoot and resolve most day‑to‑day process problems.
Communicate instructions clearly and help train others.
What you need to succeed
Ability to read and write production notes in English; legible handwriting with proper grammar.
Comfort following SOPs and Hose Specifications based on batch cards/run conditions.
Proficiency with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Capability to operate a forklift.
Physical requirements
Lift/handle machine parts up to 50 lbs.
Move/control garden hose reels up to 1,200 lbs (about 50 times per shift).
Use basic hand tools to remove/reassemble tooling; perform routine mechanical tasks.
Work in summer heat up to 15°F above outside temperatures.
Bend, stoop, and lift hose, tools, and related items up to 25 times per shift.
Work schedule
Full‑time, on‑site role on a team‑focused manufacturing floor.
Reliable, timely attendance is essential for team safety and throughput.
Mandatory overtime may occur based on business needs, extending past scheduled shifts or adding hours outside your normal schedule.
