$150,000 and $185,000

and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance. hospital and healthcare electrical projects

or groups of projects, including but not limited to: financial oversight, construction quality, ensuring owner satisfaction, safety performance, oversight of quality metrics and quality performance, oversight of subcontractor selection, major package buyouts, terms and relations, oversight of project documentation, project schedule, and risk management. Ensure that project strategy is clearly defined and communicated. Formulate and develop contract terms with clients and communicate them, along with associated project risks, to the project team. Establish budget controls and assume responsibility for profits and losses. Evaluate and approve change proposals. Support and, at times, initiate continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN methods, pull planning, colocation, prefab, etc.). Review design documents and verify complete and accurate scopes. Collaborate with PreConstruction and VDC/BIM departments to ensure profitability, accuracy, and correct scheduling. Identify and resolve design conflicts and missing information through RFIs. Provide consultation to project development and pre-construction team members to support efforts to win future projects. Work with VDC/BIM teams on coordination of electrical design in healthcare facilities, attend BIM meetings, review models, and confirm shop drawings. Develop prefab plans with significant coordination among BIM, management, GC, and trade partners. Collaborate with design teams, general contractors, and other trades early in design to align healthcare project requirements with prefabrication goals. Electrical Project Executive Qualifications Experience managing/overseeing large hospital and healthcare projects up to $40M in contract value. Experience with Design-Build/Design-Assist projects. Minimum of 15 years’ experience managing electrical construction projects with an electrical contractor. Must have stable work history. Proficient in Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction software. Experience using accounting/job costing software such as MS Project or Primavera.
