Responsibilities

– Partner with tax SMEs to map technical tax workflows and identify high‑value “jobs to be done”; produce high‑quality user stories, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria; maintain organized backlogs and documentation.

Enablement & Training Delivery

– Plan and lead enablement sessions, including live trainings, recorded content, office hours, and targeted role‑based upskilling; create training materials and practical exercises that translate AI concepts into daily tax work outcomes.

Co‑Building with Tax SMEs

– Assist practitioners in developing AI‑enabled workflows and tools within controlled technology environments; help convert one‑off experimentation into standardized assets such as templates, playbooks, reusable prompts, and documented procedures.

Communications & Thought Leadership

– Create and publish internal communications, user guides, release notes, and change management documentation; contribute to practice‑facing thought leadership on applied AI in tax and responsible use.

Testing, QA, and Continuous Improvement

– Conduct user acceptance testing sessions; document outcomes, issues, and enhancement opportunities; log defects and improvement stories; support QA testing and validate fixes before release.
