Overview Ideal Financial Advisors, a growing fiduciary wealth management firm, is seeking a Paraplanner to support the firm owner and help deliver high‑quality service to a diverse client base. This in‑office role is ideal for a licensed, detail‑oriented professional looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The position requires Series 66 and 7 licenses at a minimum. Paraplanner will have at least one to two years of experience and will be willing to grow with a busy firm with established opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Meeting Prep & Follow‑Up: Prepare documents, review tax/insurance info, manage meeting tasks, CRM updates, and compliance forms

Financial & Tax Planning Support: Assist in building retirement, tax, and estate plans; run projections and analyze scenarios

Administrative & Operational Support: Maintain CRM records, process account paperwork, and coordinate with custodians

Account and Investment Management: Help with proposals, portfolio rebalancing, trade prep, and monitoring RMDs/cash balances

Internal Coordination: Manage calendars, track tasks, and support workflow/process improvements

Qualifications

1–2 years of paraplanning experience

Licenses: Series 7 & 66

Strong MS Office skills and CRM/software familiarity

Desire to grow within the firm

Location: Lafayette, CA
