Responsibilities
Review and approve documents within the state accounting system. Reconcile and maintain financial data in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring completeness. Run data queries to compile data for federal drawdown requests and reporting. Prepare and maintain bi‑monthly, monthly, and quarterly reports for federal reporting. Review and approve the quarterly Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plan (PACAP) narrative for allowability and accuracy, following CMS requirements. Ensure the Department’s Cost Allocation Program is accurately processed in alignment with PACAP before federal reporting. Compile, reconcile, and prepare all financial data for federal and CMS reports. Review federal legislation, state plan amendments (SPAs), advanced planning documents (APDs), and other‑related documents for impact on processes and claiming. Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of the MOVERS system as applicable. Maintain a highly organized audit trail to support all work products.
