Base pay range:
$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Our client, one of the leading financial advisors in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an Advisor to join their talented and collaborative team. Salary:
$95K – $120K DOE, + Bonus potential up to 16%

Location:
Portland, OR 97225 – Hybrid (up to 4 days onsite)
Responsibilities of Advisor:
Perform daily trading, rebalancing & portfolio analysis. Analyze client data within a financial planning context. Develop financial plans with scenarios and recommendations. Prepare investment policy statements and client presentations. Meet with clients, prospects, and other professionals. Facilitate client meetings and communications. Perform investment & wealth management research projects. Perform other duties as assigned by client service team.
Qualifications of Advisor:
Bachelor's Degree required; CFP is highly preferred; CFA or MBA credentials are also valued. Minimum 3-5 years of business experience; direct experience within the financial services industry and ideally in a client‑facing role. Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (such as Tamarac, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365). Prior experience with Financial Planning Software (such as RightCapital, Asset‑Map, Orion Planning). Proficient with computers and software packages, particularly Microsoft Office. Valid Driver’s License required.
