As a **Workforce Management Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective scheduling solutions that utilize innovative software. Your contributions will ensure that staffing meets the dynamic demands of all departments within our organization.**STARTING PAY:** $21.00 per hour**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Subject matter expert on Workforce Management software and processes; track, monitor, and communicate all system issues and downtime* Create scheduling solutions for departments that account for current business demands as well as exceptions* Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies* Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models* Discover new best practices to enhance staffing while following current labor agreements and adhere to all ethical and equity when managing the scheduling process* Determine the balance between optimum scheduling, service expectations and current legal/legislative requirements* Work as a team completing daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs* Manage Key Performance Indicators, including but not limited to Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Has high school diploma or GED* Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience* Preferred experience with microsoft excel* Preferred experience in UKG or Kronos* Is available to work on weekends**PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Healthcare, financial and time off benefits* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off shift* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:****Pay Rate**The rate for this role is:$21.00Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
