Responsibilities

Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and benefits changes.

Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires and terminations

Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Maintain employee payroll files.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

Qualifications

At least one year of Automotive Accounting or Payroll Experience

A BA degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR or related major is preferred

ADP Workforce now experience is preferred

Experience working in an automotive sales and service environment highly desirable

Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skill
