Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About The Role We're looking to hire an Insurance Biller to join our team! This role is responsible for accurate claims processing, timely follow-up on outstanding insurance balances, and maintaining compliance with payer guidelines— all essential to ensuring efficient revenue cycle operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage claims follow-up via electronic work lists
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding insurance claims per payor contracts
Review and work aging accounts and unpaid claims
Maintain knowledge of billing guidelines for third‑party, workers' comp, and government payers
Communicate with departments and external agencies to resolve account issues

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in healthcare claims or bookkeeping (preferred)
Governmental payer billing experience is a plus
