We are looking for a detail-oriented

Staff Accountant

to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accounting records in the system

Assist with data entry for invoices, payments, and expenses

Support basic AP and AR tasks

Help organize and maintain accounting files and documentation

Assist with simple account reconciliations

Support the accounting team with general administrative and accounting tasks

Qualifications

Academic background in Accounting

1–3 years of accounting experience

Proficiency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting systems

Ability to work on-site in Downtown Los Angeles
