Greening US
The Site Document Controller is responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation at the photovoltaic project site, ensuring documents are accurate, up to date, properly distributed, and compliant with project and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities Document Control & Management
Establish, implement, and maintain the site document control system in accordance with project procedures.
Receive, register, classify, and archive all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Ensure correct version control of drawings, technical documents, procedures, and records.
Maintain document registers and logs (drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, correspondence, etc.).
Coordination & Distribution
Distribute approved documents to relevant site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure obsolete or superseded documents are removed from circulation.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, HSE, and procurement teams to ensure document alignment.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure documentation complies with project requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Support audits, inspections, and handover documentation processes.
Assist in the preparation and organization of as-built documentation and final dossiers.
Reporting & Support
Generate regular reports on document status and outstanding actions.
Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with document-related requests.
Interface with the Head Office Document Control team when applicable.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Degree or technical qualification in Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction, EPC, or photovoltaic/renewable energy projects.
Experience working on-site in large infrastructure or energy projects is highly desirable.
High proficiency in Spanish is required.
