Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between the client and attorney, conducting client interviews, preparing and drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and reviewing discovery, analyzing and summarizing financial information, and preparing for and aiding in trials as well as mediations, arbitrations, depositions and hearings.
