Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing and correspondence Drafts pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients Interviews witnesses and prepares them for testimony Ensures accuracy of all documents Appears promptly in court on assigned cases Handles all aspects of assigned cases Performs administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and organizing files Conducts legal research on specific issues Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess: A J.D. degree Family law experience is preferred but not required Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience Company Description
