Full Stack Developer We are looking to hire a full stack Java developer with 8+ years of hands‑on development experience. The developer will be working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, mission‑driven project, providing an opportunity to further learn and enhance skills while feeling proud of the social mission they support.

Requirements

In depth experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, business logic layer, data access layer) and distributed architectures using integration hubs such as Data Power, Mule or other ESB’s.

Strong skills on the J2EE Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring‑Core, Spring‑Transactions, JSP, EJB, servlets, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JTA, Log4J, thread management) and internal architecture.

Experience developing REST and SOAP services using JAX‑WS/RS and/or Spring framework.

Experience building multi‑module projects, compiling, building and packaging source code into JARs, WARs & EARs and deploying them on application servers (WebSphere, JBoss, etc.).

Experience with TypeScript or ES6+ JavaScript.

Experience managing styles with CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap or similar.

Front‑end development experience with React, Angular or Node.js.

Experience writing unit test cases with Jest, Enzyme or Mocha.

Hands‑on experience with relational databases (Oracle or similar) and strong SQL skills.

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to interact smoothly with team leadership and clients.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Self‑motivated, independent, detail‑oriented and a team‑player.

Knowledge of system security measures (e.g., SQL injection, cookies) and how to implement them.

Mentoring junior staff and leading technical designs.

Performing code reviews and recommending automated review tools.

Collaborating with product, engineering and business teams to understand requirements for future products.

Adapting quickly to existing, complex environments.

Passionate about building high‑quality systems with best practices.

Experience working with Agile processes.

Knowledge of SDLC processes and use of application lifecycle management tools such as Jira, JAMA, etc.
