Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $78,000.00/yr

Description
Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal, motions, and case filings
Conduct research using case files and legal databases
Draft discovery demands and responses (e.g., Requests for Production, Interrogatories)
Process deposition transcripts and prepare trial/arbitration binders
Assist with drafting motions, proposed orders, and evidentiary documents
Handle e-filing in State, Federal, and Appellate Courts
Prepare timelines, exhibits, and demonstrative materials
Review and organize document production, including redaction and Bates stamping
Perform legal research via Lexis Nexis and conduct social media searches
Manage HIPAA authorizations and obtain medical records
Summarize and analyze medical records for case preparation
Other duties as needed to support attorneys and office operations

Profile
Paralegal certificate required
2-3 years of litigation experience
Background in General Liability or Insurance Coverage preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with legal terminology and principles
Proficiency in legal research and database software (NetDocs, Westlaw preferred)
Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Industry-recognized certification (ABA, NALA, AACP) is a plus
