Paralegal - Real Estate Location:

Direct Hire Hourly / Salary:
Based on Experience We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in the real estate practice group with a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate. Key Responsibilities
Title and Survey review (demonstrated experience handling title/survey review, objection letters, responses to objection letters, review of title endorsements) Drafting basic agreements (purchase agreements, basic leases, lease summaries, etc.) and amendments Draft and review closing documents Draft closing letters Calendaring of dates and sending reminders to clients and the attorneys at Buchalter Organization – keep the calendar and file organized Lease review/summary of key legal issues Review of common diligence materials (property condition report, zoning report) Related corporate matters (e.g., filing new entities/amending existing entities, entity dissolution and formation) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred At least five years of experience "We are GTN –The Go To Network"
