Responsibilities
Estimate fees, determines scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts
Coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Prepares strategic plans and resources for project success
Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects
Prepares presentation and design drawings and details
Requirements
Must be Intermediate level with REVIT software.
Minimum of 2-3 years or more of experience as Architectural contributor with firm or business producing commercial and municipal related projects.
Preferred 5 years with progressive growth
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Preferred: Master’s degree in Architecture or related experience
