Job Description:
The Project Manager II manages multiple small/medium projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and serves as the primary client liaison to deliver successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include managing client budgets, schedules and program, overseeing project communications and documentation, and handling office administrative tasks. The role also supports design through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases.
Responsibilities
Act as Team Lead/Studio Lead for a team of Architectural Designers.
Budget and scope work, estimate time allocations, and assist in proposal preparation and contracts.
Coordinate all administrative and technical project efforts to ensure efficient and cost‑effective project execution.
Prepare strategic plans and resource allocations for project success.
Develop planning and creative design concepts for projects.
Prepare presentation materials and design drawings and details.
Requirements
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (or related curriculum) from an accredited program.
Preferred: Considerable experience in Architecture or related fields.
Required: Minimum of 8 years experience as Project Manager with an architectural firm.
Preferred: Licensed (but not required); 10 years of progressive experience.
