Job Description:
We’re looking for a
Junior Scrum Master
to support Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and helping remove day-to-day impediments.
What you’ll do:
Support backlog refinement , velocity tracking, and Definition of Done.
Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban fundamentals and Agile principles.
Identify and help remove impediments; track retrospective action items.
Improve visibility through Agile metrics and dashboards .
What you bring:
0–2 years
Agile/Scrum experience .
CSM or PSM I certification .
Experience with JIRA/Confluence
is a plus.
