Scrum Master

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, helping teams improve collaboration, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices

Remove obstacles that may impact the team's progress

Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog

Promote self-organization and accountability within the team

Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC methodologies

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills

Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)

Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments

Background in IT, software development, or data projects

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
