Job Overview Florida‑based glazing subcontractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing operations team.
This contractor delivers hurricane‑rated storefronts, curtain wall systems, windows, and architectural railing packages on commercial projects throughout Florida. They are known for consistent delivery, strong internal culture, and long‑term repeat clients.
Full‑time, on‑site role responsible for projects valued at $1M+.
The Role Full lifecycle delivery of glazing packages from award through close‑out, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, manpower, and subcontractors
Oversee installations and inspect work for compliance and quality
Coordinate material releases, deliveries and field execution
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track job costing, cost‑to‑complete and margin performance
Act as primary point of contact for GC’s, architects, and internal teams
Maintain project documentation and reporting using Bluebeam and internal systems
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Florida Product Approvals and impact‑rated systems
Solid understanding of job costing, forecasting and cost‑to‑complete
Experience managing change orders and scope revisions
Highly organized, strong communicator, comfortable running multiple projects
