Base Pay Range
Hourly wage: $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr. This range is provided by Walmart; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premium rates ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
