Comprehensive and competitive benefits package and flexibility that promotes work-life balance This position is responsible for overall program performance including schedule performance, cost performance, and customer affinity by executing the following duties:**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Direct all phases of the program from requirements analysis, initial planning through all phases to successful product delivery and assure a timely closeout of completed programs to ensure that all obligations are satisfied, and program documentation is properly recorded.Support program bid and proposal activities. Ensure that requirements of the request for proposal are met in the preparation and documentation of bids and proposals. Coordinate with other departments on resolution of contractual problems with customer. Coordinate with Sr Program Manager and Contracts Manager on issues pertaining to contract requirements, changes, and interpretations.Ability to clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, opportunities and plans to internal senior management. **Qualifications and Education Requirements**Bachelor's degree or 20+ years of relatable work experience.Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting preferred; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity, and variance analysis.
