The Project Safety Manager maintains a strong field presence, partners with project leadership, and ensures compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations. What You'll Do

Lead and enforce safe work practices in alignment with company and client job site requirements Promote core safety values and foster a positive, people-first safety culture Work collaboratively with personnel at all levels to drive consistent safety practices Maintain a constant field presence to identify hazards and support safe operations Provide technical safety and health guidance to field and support teams Identify safety training needs and coordinate delivery of required training programs Support job site teams in the selection and use of appropriate PPE Conduct job site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews Assist with hazard communication programs and related documentation Review job site procedures and provide safety-related input and recommendations Monitor federal and state safety regulations and communicate applicable changes Review incident and near-miss investigations and follow up on corrective actions Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Travel as required to support project needs What Were Looking For

OSHA 510 required 2–3 years of experience in a safety role within construction or industrial environments Experience with inspections, incident investigations, safety training, and job hazard analysis Working knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field teams Professional presence with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization Proficient with standard computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Benefits & Compensation
