Key Responsibilities

Lead monitoring and testing activities for FERC Tariff requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Support audit preparation and internal reviews to maintain audit readiness.

Design tools and evidence collection processes to improve assurance and transparency.

Contribute to industry working groups and technical investigations.

Evaluate opportunities to accelerate compliance work using AI technology.

Qualifications

Certifications: NERC RC, CCEP, or risk management credentials (preferred).

Experience:

Compliance experience with FERC/NERC regulations.

Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and compliance platforms (e.g., Archer).

Interest in AI, automation, and analytics in a regulated environment.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $85,000–110,000 USD annually. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. MISO offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
