Public Storage - Property Manager (Customer Service)
Location: Multiple sites across New Jersey (e.g., Freehold, Princeton, Somerset, Union, etc.)
Position: Entry Level, Full‑time
Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities :
Work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Assist customers with payments, send reminder and collection calls as needed
Physical requirements :
Transport or lift items up to 35 pounds
Walk/operate in outdoor environments for up to 50% of time, including stairs and large doors
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and exterior ground upkeep
Qualifications :
Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles)
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available
