What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, supervise, and monitor activities throughout each phase of the project autonomously
Create and modify project documents efficiently with minimal direction
Lead multi-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of modification solutions
Coordinate support activities for each project phase and ensure customer requirements are met
Communicate effectively with customers to capture and fulfill their needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or Minor in Engineering
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in aircraft project management
Experience working with Supplement Type Certificates (STCs) and/or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical procedures
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite applications

Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to aircraft design, certification, and maintenance
Proven ability to deliver technical documents and presentations independently
