We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to keep all of our buildings, branches and administrative offices safe, functional, and in excellent condition.
Base pay range $68,225.00 - $85,282.00 per year

Scope and Primary Functions The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, safety, functionality, and overall appearance of all company facilities and grounds. The role includes daily maintenance, construction, renovations, lease administration, and tenant relations. The Facilities Manager also supports the lending department and other Credit Union partners by maintaining a strong alignment with OnPath’s mission, culture, and core values.
Responsibilities & Duties
Direct all facility maintenance, repairs and renovations including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, power generation, roofing, painting, janitorial, landscaping, and appliances.
Purchase new or replacement equipment and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies.
Track all facility issues, service requests and resolutions electronically.
Oversee upkeep and scheduling for company vehicles.
Ensure contractor compliance with all facility‑related contracts.
Prepare bid specifications, negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Maintain a database of approved vendors and service providers.
Lead construction and renovation projects, ensuring work remains on‑time, on‑budget, and compliant with company standards.
Coordinate security system installation in new or renovated branches and ATM locations.
Manage all lease agreements, including renewals, amendments and terminations.
Serve as primary point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Develop, manage and adhere to the annual facilities budget.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and applicable laws such as the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
Hire, train, schedule and evaluate departmental staff.
Qualifications
Five to eight years of related experience in facilities management.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong leadership and management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal skills: trust, diplomacy and effective communication with customers, reports and vendors.
Physical ability to sit, stand, lift up to 25 pounds and work on indoor climate‑controlled, low‑noise environments.
Physical Requirements The job requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to lift 5 to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Working Conditions Work is performed indoors in a shared, climate‑controlled work area with minimal noise.
Mental Requirements Must be able to follow written and oral instructions, perform basic calculations, maintain data accuracy, and deliver clear communication.
