Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive growth and profitability. Manage plant budget, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, material flow, and product delivery. Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate large production teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification Experience with advanced automation or Industry 4.0 technologies Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or global operations Previous experience leading significant capital projects or facility expansions Job Titles That Should Apply
