Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional production teams. Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master\'s in Engineering Management) Job Titles That Should Apply
