Key Responsibilities

Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.

Develop, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Monitor operational budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure seamless operations.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating production teams.
Proficiency in production planning, budgeting, and managing operational KPIs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
