Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
Proficiency with a widely used ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
