LOGISTICS OPS COORDINATOR I – LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA Location:

Primary Summary The Logistics Ops Coordinator I analyzes customer inventory levels, assists customers with pricing, leads‑time, and follow‑up requests, and serves as the liaison between customers and LISI Aerospace.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships, handle complaints, and resolve issues.

Coordinate closure of customer issues by following up with various departments.

Manage and coordinate customer rejections to ensure rapid replacement or credit turnaround.

Maintain the Min‑Max programs for assigned customers.

Analyze customer orders and inventory requirements.

Produce inventory status reports.

Provide customers with shipment information including waybill numbers, quantities, and receipt dates.

Collaborate with customer service reps and maintain open communication about delivery expectations.

Coordinate shipment dates or information with Production Planners.

Ensure timely charges and adjustments to customer inventory levels.

Process customer purchase orders received via telephone, fax, mail, or EDI.

Verify lead times, validate orders, and review clauses of incoming purchase orders.

Coordinate critical order requirements with the Planning Department.

Serve as a backup to the Logistics Ops Coordinator position.

Attend all required job‑related training (internal and external).

Comply with all federal, local, and state regulations, company rules, and HSE procedures.

Report any known or suspected non‑conformance immediately to management.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve HSE performance.

Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university.

Five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the aerospace fastener industry.

Previous experience in supply chain, logistics operations, customer service, or inside sales.

Computer and Language Skills

Proficient in contact management systems, database systems, internet, spreadsheet, and word‑processing software.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information to customers and employees.

Mathematical and Reasoning Skills

Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and application of business math concepts.

Common sense reasoning for detailed written or oral instructions in standardized situations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment The role requires frequent sitting, handling, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Work may be performed in loud environments and requires use of personal protective equipment as appropriate.
