The Enablement Lead plays a critical role within Pfizer’s PAVE (Portfolio Alternative Value Enablement) team, serving as the central architect of the team’s data infrastructure and performance analytics ecosystem. This individual is responsible for defining, sourcing, and operationalizing KPI frameworks, enabling brand and portfolio stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions. Acting as the “source of truth” for performance insights, the Enablement Lead partners across functions to streamline data flow, surface actionable opportunities, and build scalable tools that ensure operational excellence and transparency. The Lead will be accountable for brand forecasting for OP, LEs and partner relationships, and will serve as a critical thought partner with the PAVE Lead and Portfolio Leads in evaluating business opportunities and decisions using data-driven insights.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, health economics, public health, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in data enablement, commercial analytics, or decision support within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven experience designing dashboards, metrics frameworks, and performance measurement systems.

Demonstrated ability to partner across multiple business functions and translate complex data into business‑impacting insights.

Strong Excel and data visualization tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire).

Strong knowledge of industry data sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony, Formulary, Pricing.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS in analytics or related field).

Experience building integrated KPI systems in a matrixed pharmaceutical or biotech setting.

Familiarity with loss‑of‑exclusivity (LOE) asset dynamics and GTN‑related analytics.

Prior exposure to automation workflows and digital tooling to streamline business reporting.

Work Schedule & Travel Travel as required, up to 20% of time. Work location assignment: on premise.

Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. The role is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share‑based long‑term incentive program. Comprehensive benefits include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer matching contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
