Registered Nurse (RN) – Trauma ICU Winston-Salem, NC, United States This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. The Trauma Intensive Care Unit (TICU) is a brand-new, 16-bed modern ICU designed to care for some of the most critically ill and complex trauma and surgical patients in the region. Expectations We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS are required within 6 months of hire
1-2 years of ICU experience preferred

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
