Job Summary
Compensation:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Position Summary:
Provide the ultimate racquet sports experience by delivering high‑quality instruction and customer service. Teach various racquet sports programs, including junior programs, lessons, special events, and clinics.
Essential Duties
Provide beginning through advanced instruction (private and group) for all levels of players.
Assist in the promotion and conduct of racquet sports clinics, private lessons, special events and programs to attract and retain members’ and guests’ interest.
Ensure students understand racquet sports rules, scoring, safety, and etiquette.
Enforce all club rules and regulations governing the use of the facility, equipment, and property.
Perform racquet stringing and court maintenance.
Respond promptly and efficiently to member/guest questions, comments, and concerns.
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and professionalism through courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
Perform other duties as required.
Education / Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience required.
Physical Demands
Frequently stand, walk, use hands, talk, hear, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Occasionally sit.
Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Environment / Noise
Frequently work in outdoor weather conditions.
Noise level is moderate.
Job Knowledge, Skill, And Ability Preferences
Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties such as communicating with English‑speaking customers or coworkers.
Skill level equivalent to a minimum 4.0 USTA rating.
