Job Highlights Support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning, and supervising nursing staff. Provide excellent direct care to residents in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure quality of care
Verify proper medication distribution and payment documentation
Participate in resident assessments and service planning, and coordinate ancillary health care services as needed
Assist with move‑in and move‑out processes including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
Provide direct care during health emergencies or on‑call rotations
Relay resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
Bonus Opportunities
Perfect attendance bonus – $75 (full‑time) or $35 (part‑time)
Shift differential – $1+ per hour based on location and shift

Requirements
Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification as required by the state
Preferred: at least 1 year of prior relevant experience
Preferred: supervisory experience, preferably in senior living
