Position Overview Denton ISD is seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to provide school-based speech and language services. This role offers a hybrid schedule with mostly onsite work and one day remote work per week.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Daily Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Dates: ASAP (5/22/2025)
Work Type: Onsite 4 days/week, 1 WFH day per week
Student Population: Elementary school students
Caseload: Based on assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring as needed
Attend and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible Texas SLP license
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Pay
$40+ per hour, based on experience
