Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the overnight shift, providing administrative and clinical supervision to all facility staff.
The shift for this position is 6:30pm to 7:00am, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for 40 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA, our 112‑bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance‑use‑disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Job Role & Responsibilities
Ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in collaboration with the Medical Staff, DON, and other facility leaders.
Providing supervision to the nursing staff and conducting chart audits to ensure compliance with assessment, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.
Reviewing incident reports and ensuring immediate action and documentation to guarantee patient safety.
Providing direct supervision of nursing staff, patients, and patient care during the shift.
Working closely with the Intake and Admissions Department regarding patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift.

Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred.
License: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
